Check under the left side cover for your main fuse panel. Pull every fuse one at a time. Inspect each fuse. Use a meter, don't trust your eyes. Clean all the contacts on each fuse with a light sanding. Inspect each socket for corrosion. Do this especially on the 40 amp master fuse.

I've seen similar issues like this and it was a loose master fuse. It gave just enough power, sometimes, just to power everything but not consistently.

That would be my first step.
