On my 05 RK I have vance & hines ovals with the SE air filter and the dealer stage 1 download. Would I notice any performance increase if I were to add the power commander?

You can get the PC III preloaded with a program that will give you a rough tune and more than likely you will see performance improvements over what you have. However, after installing ANY tuning device you should have a DYNO done to get your moneys worth out of your purchase.(ensure you have about 1000 miles on the bike before the dyno)
