Default Question on power commander, fuel pak, tuner and etc.
Alright so I have a 2013 street bob I am planning on upgrading the exhaust and the air filter. What would be the best thing to get power commander, fuel pak, auto tuner, micro tuner. I'm lost. I just want to be able to install the exhaust and air filter without getting it dynoed everytime I upgrade something on the bike, what would I need to get to ease the process?

the fuel moto is the cheapest good tuner and he will pre program so you just plug it in.

any reviews on the fuel moto? I like it becasue the price and the simplicity of it, no need to get it dynoed or custom tuned.

read the last two pages of why efi needs to be tuned in this forum and that will help you out alot explains the difference in them and has some very good info

The cheapest way for you is take your bike to a dealership and get a download from harley davidson. Its way cheaper then getting any kind of tuner.

fuel moto is the best ...the fuel pak is a basic tuner...okay if you want to just add pipes and high flow air box.

the hd downlaod ran way to lean on my bike i went with a v&h feulpak. not to bad of a price and it cleaned my bike right up. if you plan on getting cams in the future go with a pc3 or tts mastertune though. as soon as installed cams i had to pull the v&h feulpak out and get the tts. now the feulpak sits on the shelf.

Just go ahead and jump for the PCV or SERT..... like said above, it'll be worth it in the long run. You may think you don't want further engine mods, but everyone ends up going there!

Been there, done that .... TOTAL WASTE of money.
