My wiring harness has been butchered and I am considering buying this item for my bike but cannot find much info on it:

I e mailed and asked questions to the seller but he was very vague.
My question is does this system include the ignition module? The seller in said yes but I want to make sure. And if so is it comparable to the screamin eagle? what is the rev limit set at or does it have one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My bike is a 2001 special construction with a 2001 dyna twin cam engine.
