Years ago I had an Iron taken out to 86" via a Truett & Osborn stroker crank and an Axtell big bore kit,I don't recall the actual bore size.

The machine shop welded in the bolt holes for the jugs and drilled new ones in a bigger pattern so it was pretty big.
They flycut the pistons for valve relief and also did some clearance work on the cases for the crank as well as polished the insides for better oil return and windage. https://www.axtellsales.com/home.php?cat=
