Thanks, I already found it, but my bike seems to be a little different, the possibility of using the CB is not an option because I don’t have CB, also I don’t have a PTT button, the passenger has one but no switch on the handlebar Although I can adjust the volume for CB for rider and passenger!
So I will have to do it with the voice activated Intercom and the wired headset. Our headsets are 20 years old, works great on my 1989 Ultra Classic. I have already replaced the cables for new ones, the new cables have smaller plugs for the helmet unit so I had to put on bigger plugs. But I think the cables and helmet unit are not the problem because I can make phone calls and hear the music.
Just found out that my phonecalls are not as good as I thought, the person on the other end can hardly hear me, also found out that while I was making the call my passenger and I could speak and hear each other over the intercom.
May be when putting a new plug on the cable there is made a mistake, I have to Check that first.
I think I found the problem, the old plug has 5 pins and the new one has 6, also the new cable has 1 vein more,
the guy in the radioshop who did the job, did not tell me that there was a difference.
