Mine has not had any calibration updates Smitty. When I asked the dealer about it, I was told that the update was for oil-cooled models only and not for twin-cooled (mine is a FLTRU). I'm not saying this is correct - just what I was told at the dealership. I have a feeling that raising the idle speed would not fix this problem, but who knows?
Mine is a RGU it sure does have the Wet heads. And they darn sure did the Flash. This is from the service ticket
ECM Flash
New m8 was in for 1000 mile service and check up. All good. Ticket shows a no charge ECM flash.
Old calibration 41000481A
New calibration 41000481B
Note : do not install on air cooled models do not install on models with race tuners or SE parts.
As for the stalling . I wonder it it is not a clutch issue. Hard to explain but twice while moving at a very low speed riding clutch a bit it seemed like I nearly stalled it. Raining now or I would be out trying to make it happen again. I wanted to try it before installing the adjustable clutch lever tonight.

Doing about 35 MPH in 5th gear, down hill tried to accelerate thru a curve and bike just shut off, no jerking at all, just quit. Coasted to side of road and hit starter, bike started immediately. 2017 RK with 195 miles on it. Going back to dealer very soon.

Your bike is probably happy your giving it back to the dealer. Lol

Well as I said, "I'm not saying this is correct - just what I was told at the dealership." If you've read my other posts in this thread, you can probably guess that I don't pay much attention to what these clowns tell me. Anyway - thanks for the P/N - that might be helpful info.
I Believe that are we roll into summer more alms more bikes will develope this problem. As stated in previous comments mine developed it early on before I flashed it to the 950 idle. Mine still drops when it gets hot but doesn't stall. Dealer claims they can't duplicate it. I've been trying to find time to run an auto tune to see if that resolves the issue but I'm thinking it won't. I'm still under warranty and don't want to lose my bike for weeks while they just continue to not duplicate my issue, last ditch effort will be the auto tune.If that fails it's back to the dealership. I was hoping by now the MOCO would have this resolved.

I got the stalling on video because I got tired of them lying and saying they couldn't duplicate it. Even though it doesn't always stall, it always idles too low and stumbles.
Took mine out this morning for some testing (playing) with new adjustable brake lever. What I was able to make happen has nothing to do with the lever. Also not sure if everyone here is talking about the same stall.
With bike at idle letting clutch out slow with no throttle, at a point when you add just a very small amount of throttle and full clutch release there seems to be a point it wants to stall.
I also tried the compression braking in a higher gear at 35 Mph down hill. Produce no stalling up to point I was going to slow to be in that gear.

This has to be a joke... 35mph roll ons in FIFTH? And at 195 miles not even broken in yet. Poor bike, probably begging to go back to the dealer.
