I get it, totally unacceptable, yet we have to accept it..where's the quality control over such a long development and testing period...without knowing root cause yet, bad batch of clutch switches or whatever...just bs when we are put at safety risk..all I can say is Thank God Harley doesn't build airplanes
Too funny mjwebb.
I picked up my bike and road it around for 45 and it looks like replacing the clutch switch fixed it! I plan on riding it this weekend, weather permitting, and will update this post if I have an issue. But as of right now I'm considering this "case closed"! It's fixed!
So is this stalling problem officially fixed with a new clutch switch? it would be nice if I could tell my dealer it's the clutch switch that causes it to stall.
It may not be the problem, but I had a new 2015 fatboy Lo I bought late last year that did the exact same thing right after I bought it. It turned out to be the speed sensor. Once i convinced the dealer to replace it, the issue never happened again.
Have some time today. Soon as the morning frost burns off. I am going out to play with it . I can not see how the the switch in the master Cly could cause this issue. But who knows anything can happen.
What I do know is it never happens if I am riding a bit more aggressive . I can only make it happen going slow riding as if I have no where to go and all day to get there.

Took my bike for a 300 mile ride and it worked flawlessly. The dealer told me it was a faulty clutch switch but he could have told me anything and I wouldn't know if it was true or not lol. I have no reason not to trust them but anything is possible. All I know is that the bike is fixed.
Glad you're bike is fixed. They picked mine up at the house and took it in to look at it after my oil light came on... They just emailed me to tell me they had to order a new oil pump sms they spoke with the mother ship and took me the stalling problem is an ECM correction that they are aware of... so hopefully ill be good by next week... Thanks for keeping us updated..
