I've seen a lot of police bikes with reflective tape that matches the paint color. During daylight hours, you can make it out but it doesn't stand out too terribly bad, but at night...it looks like a light mounted to the saddlebag.
I've seen that too. They even have something like that on the better mesh jackets that I was looking at. I bought a Klim jacket that has a light and a darker grey areas that looks like it's only trim. Just slightly shiny, but at night it glows like a light. Very impressive. Heard they have this in black too.
