FWIW. I have received one of these. I installed it on my RK. Fits great, sounds great, runs great. So far motor only has a ventilator AC and Fullsac Re-cored mufflers. I am running it with a V+H FP3.
In my opinion, I find the price more than fair for the materials and workmanship on this piece. Nice job Fullsac.
What did you have on before this pipe, stock headpipe? If so, did it still have the cat in it?
How much difference did it honestly make in sound, volume/tone and if you could do it again or have the $700 back which would you choose knowing what you know now. Performance wise did it make any noticeable difference?
I cannot directly quantify the sound. I changed mufflers at the same time. But it sounds like a motor that is really running well. In my high performance auto experience, engines always sound better or cleaner when running a well tuned exhaust system. It seems to pull a little better and smoother. I do not have back to back dyno numbers. No regrets on the $700, well worth it.

Pebbles, by chance do you have a sound clip? What kind of slip ons do you have and does this pipe make the exhaust even out, left and right muffler?

I will try to get a sound clip this weekend. Running Fullsac re-cored stock mufflers. I did them myself and it is a nice kit. I left as much of the stock insulation in as possible.
Just a judgement by sticking my hand in front of each side. Probably not even, but much less imbalanced.

The fact that is comes with a full size cross-over and mounts, helps in that balance flow your looking for and the nice curves to get the exhaust over to the leftside is a big improvement over the stock type "T" bone flat cross-over. Look at most other pipes you can clearly see the "T" joint doesnot promote the flow to the leftside. That is just why you may think one is cheaper than the other but you are getting less too.
