You're in the wrong thread... you never owned a 2018.

My 2018 has been perfect. No sumping or other failures.

VIDEO: Man charged with insurance fraud after 'fake slip and fall' at work

A New Jersey man has been charged with insurance fraud after a surveillance camera caught him throwing ice on the floor at his workplace and seemingly staging a dramatic fall.

He was also charged with one count of theft by deception, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office.

Video released by the department appears to show him looking around before tossing ice on the floor of his company's break room.

He then stands over the ice for a few seconds, before taking a rather deliberate tumble to the ground.

Yes, I saw same story and it reminded me of Hatewave too.

Hmmmm it doesn’t say “for 2018 bike owners only”. And for the record HD treats all 2017 & 2018 M8 engines the same in SB1450.

Its excellent news that so far your engiine hasn’t sumped. And I sincerely hope it never does. Sumping is a quagmire that takes a long time of diagnosis and testing between your dealer and HD Tech Support to bring to resolution. Ask any of the guys that have been through it. Trust me... you want no part of the sumping snakepit

I fully get that some may not like my internet style but I’ve shared what I knew about sumping and the sources for my opinions. If its helpful... terrific. If its wrong... I’m open to learning why. If some on the thread have an issue with me... well ... that’s their problem, not mine.
Pure dribble. You are simply a liar. After clearly violating the terms of the warranty, you went thru great lengths to hide the truth about your 'previous' modifications from the dealer and the moco so your supposed rich *** wouldnt have to pay for warranty work.

Well Mr. special? How many times does your little snowflake *** have to repeat the same sumping story? Following the typical insane theory that if a you tell the same lie long enoungh and loud enough, it'll become the truth.... It's not working. You completely discredited yourself.

Oh... And feel free to add me to your ignore list.

Umm. Been through it. Sucked yes, but really not a big deal. Diagnosed and repaired within 3-weeks. New owner, but no issues since.

Now get off your high horse.

I’ll gladly let you chase you tail again.

My 2017 CVO Limited was fully warranty compliant when it was serviced and diagnosed for sumping by my dealer and HD. Multiple times. And they confirmed the bike was warranty compliant when they replaced my engine 3 separate times, my front rotors, my speedo gauge and my saddlebag locks. If the bike wasn’t compliant, they would never have honored the warranty.

You can make false claims about me all day but the facts that matter to HD and my dealer will NEVER change. You don’t know me, my bike or anything else about my warranty claims other than the facts I’ve shared. For the most part we’re all just internet names on a forum of little real significance to one another. Yet some of you are so twisted up over me you appear obsessed and deranged. Focus on the topic! You’ll definitely feel better dropping the hatred you’re carrying around.

I get it. As an owner of a 2017 HD that sumped and now an owner of a 2018, reports that 2018s are sumping is concerning. But as you and others have said numerous times, the risk of sumping is low so what are you worrying about?

And for the record, I NEVER put anyone on an Ignore List. Its childish and for immature guys without the mental constitution to simply skip past posts that bother them or that aren’t of interested to them.

Guys !! This isn't a thread that needs people to start name calling. This is going on from both sides !
More and I will lock the thread !
Those who are Making the big statements and claims here needs to be able to back up their statements or don't make a statement ! I happen to know there are some people that have made statements here and are experts in the field. Before you start an argument you need to know who you are arguing with !
There is one person here that is making big statements that is a figment if their imagination ! Purely composed from their own interpretation of internet rumors ! This thread isn't the place for this!
You know who you are so I won't name anyone . End it right here ! QUIT STIRRING THE CRAP !
