M8 Engine
I had stage 4 upgrade kit installed by dealer in Wyoming they called me and told my bike was ready and to pick her up, i left the shop and didnt make it a quarter mile away and it began to loose power and made a high pitch whistle and then shut off. they picked me up and took bike back into shop tore her apart and found the mech. left a rag in lower end, WHAT SHOULD I DO???

From what I've seen and heard about H-D "techs", it's a wonder that stuff like this doesn't happen every day - THAT'S what's really unusual.
If there's any possible way to **** up a job, they'll find it. It's the one and only thing that they're actually consistent at doing reliably.

You should wait and see what they do to make it right. Not many other choices. You have to give then a, chance to right their wrong. Be patient, see if you can get a loaner bike while you wait for yours

A. they fix their mistake
B. try and get an ESP for no charge since it's been compromised and shouldn't have been
hope it works out for you. I'd sure be livid and demand an ESP and go medieval on em' if the balked

I think I'd rather them give me another new bike versus having to wait another week or two while they fix their mess. Or at least give you a bike to ride. And yeah. Esp to go along with it.
