I had stage 4 upgrade kit installed by dealer in Wyoming they called me and told my bike was ready and to pick her up, i left the shop and didnt make it a quarter mile away and it began to loose power and made a high pitch whistle and then shut off. they picked me up and took bike back into shop tore her apart and found the mech. left a rag in lower end, WHAT SHOULD I DO???

welcome and congrats on the new bike...so the mechanic and the new bike are both on the rag at the same time? maybe stuff a feminine napkin in the AC while you're at it to absorb the natural fluid discharge
You should wait and see what they do to make it right. Not many other choices. You have to give then a, chance to right their wrong. Be patient, see if you can get a loaner bike while you wait for yours
