dude, we get it, you’re the Ever Ready Bunny of disdain towards Harley Davidson. Did the ghost of Willie G murder your ancestors or something? Just don’t get the constant venom spewing every time you post. That would have to be mentally exhausting. It’s played out man

welcome and congrats on the new bike...so the mechanic and the new bike are both on the rag at the same time? maybe stuff a feminine napkin in the AC while you're at it to absorb the natural fluid discharge

You should wait and see what they do to make it right. Not many other choices. You have to give then a, chance to right their wrong. Be patient, see if you can get a loaner bike while you wait for yours

well sorry then, but not sure what you are looking for in answers to the question"what should I do"? other than the obvious

A. they fix their mistake
B. try and get an ESP for no charge since it's been compromised and shouldn't have been

hope it works out for you. I'd sure be livid and demand an ESP and go medieval on em' if the balked

good, as they should so that's step 1 getting done..ESP is the HD sponsored Extended Service Plan which your Finance person is required to explain and offer to new bike purchasers

I think I'd rather them give me another new bike versus having to wait another week or two while they fix their mess. Or at least give you a bike to ride. And yeah. Esp to go along with it.
