Thanks to all, I just purchased a 2019 Electra Glide Standard 3 weeks ago and I have put 3000 miles on it and so far I have had about 34 ounces of tranny fluid transfer....sooooo, not too happy.....dealer says it’s normal.....I am not happy with that so I am looking for a way to fix this.....I have had lots of different Harley’s over the years and I have never had any problems with any of them, so this being a brand new bike I thought for sure this was going to be awesome......
Thanks for the welcome....Hope I can get this figured out

Well have your dealer look up TA 0022 and he'll find out that it is not normal. That's enough transfer that the MOCO should OK installing the vent in the primary. If that doesn't fix it I would then try the fat pushrod.

Is "Greg" the only one making the fat pushrod? Looks pretty simple...anyone with a lathe and a mill can rip one out.
What puzzles me the most is, if the theory is to install a larger diameter push rod to stem the flow of oil through a tighter passage way, WHY is there a flat milled in the rod?? Seems to defeat the entire concept.

I am pretty sure it is simple.....I am a welder/fabricator, but I don’t know anyone with a lathe, soooooo this is what I have to do. The real question that I have is why does this only happen to some bikes and not others?....same driveline....same pushrod....and it only happens to some???.....I don’t get it.
