Speaking to the pushrods, I took a look at the options out there, They are all quality pieces but the major players all work differently. Take a look at them and how they work, then decide. Cost should not be a factor, you're only going to spend the $ once.

There are a lot out there and most get the job done though we have seen catastrophic failures when they do give up usually from an incompetent build.I prefer solids myself , and if i was going in to the top end at the same time I would keep the solids.
Peace.
I bought the 468 kit from Zipper's that included the S&S Quickee adjustable push rods and S&S lifters. I just ordered a 124" big bore kit so I'm going back to solid pushrods when I install the new kit.

What cam will you be using that will allow you to use the stock solid pushrods? Or do you plan on getting solid pushrods made that will work for the cams base circle?
All of this cam stuff is just getting me more confused, think im doing to much reading into it . Now im hearing i need to also change out the oil pump and cam plate by one of my local shops and that thing is like $700. Im almost ready to just leave it the hell alone.
