Default Screaming Eagle Pro Street Tuner

Is there any way to return to the stock factory map when you tune your M8 with the SEPST. I know the Power Vision tuner downloads your stock map the first time you hook it up. Does the SEPST have any such feature?

No - but the stage 1 is perfectly fine for a stock bike.

As another option -- if you run some SmartTune sessions you should end up with a map that is perfectly matched for your bike (within the tunee's limitations, of course) and should be more suitable than the canned Stage 1 map.

I just went thru this. I had the dealer take off the pro tuner and smart tuner and return it to stock and install the power vision. I believe only a harley dealer can return it to stock.

Did you notice an improvment with the Powervision over the PST?

Yes the bike is running much nicer. More responsive, seems to pull a little harder all the way thru, no spitting thru the intake or popping out the exhaust and smoother thru towns at slower speeds. All around improvement.

if you have the tuner you can do it yourself with the cable kit, if not then the dealer has to do it for you.

Just curious why you need to flash ECU back to stock? You could have installed PV and flashed a map?
