I put the SE Round AC Kit and Bobber cover (offered in Chrome too) on my 17 RK and really liked it..don't need a rain sock, covered everything and didn't have to clean the K&N nearly as after as the SE Hi Flow using the OEM cover..also has some center decorative trim covers available if you don't like just the plain
Thanks. I saw the bobber ones in the brochure but wasnt keen but it actually looks better on the bike than I thought. Would be interested to see it in chrome.
Out of interest is there a reason that the filter material is red on most filters?
because you apply K&N red dye fluid to their cleaned and dried air filter elements...I gave up on those but plenty use and like them for variety of reasons

well I'll be...won't be long before they offer more color options like Chartreuse, Lime Green, etc. ...remember when Vodka was just Vodka now it's every flavor imaginable, Huckleberry, Dingleberry and even comes in Biscuits and Gravy flavored I think
