Phoenix AZ to Mitchell SD
I will be heading from Phoenix to Mitchell SD for the Outkasts car show. It is the weekend of Sept. 26th.

I have never ridden to that part of the country. My route choices are Flagstaff up through Utah, 191 to 70 into colorado and north to NE and accross 90 to Mitchell.
My concern is weather. What should I expect?

the other route would be accross 40 to 25 north into CO and NE accross 90 to mitchell.

IF you are interested in bypassing a good chunk of NE and seeing some good sceneary along the way shoot me a PM. I took a trip to MN last summer and found some great roads that will lead you to Mitchell

Unfortunatly this will be a direct ride there.
I will be meeting some friends from NJ. So I have a dead line to get there. I can only take a few days off from work.
