Default Wrench Size ?

Can anyone tell me what size wrench the transmission fill/inspection plug takes on a 2006 88B 5 speed?

I'll take a stab at 3/8 allen if it's the fill port where the dipstick is.

Thanks, you were correct (it figured the one socket I could not find where it belonged).

That's always the way, just when you need it....

I'd suggest initially breaking it loose with a 5/8" hex socket then removing it the rest of the way with a 3/8" allen. The allen thread in the plug is easily stripped.

I believe eunrein is referring to the FILL and not the drain. I could be mistaken here too.

I wonder if it's listed in the OWNERS or SERVICE MANUAL
