If you don't know what you're doing, take it to a pro. Why have an amateur screw up a nice clean bike?
If you are determined to learn to do the maintenance yourself, 1st buy the factory service and parts manuals.

This is pathetic. Your owners manual shows where the drain plugs are.

This exact problem of the wrong drain plug comes up all the time, so maybe, just maybe the manual is not clear...

He is inexperienced and has obviously not even bothered to read the owners manual, which has the info he needs. And he claims he spent all his money buying a bike he can't afford, and now can't even afford to have the oil changed.
THAT is simply pathetic.
