AMO 2009 Spring Thaw. Saturday April 18th BBQ, Potluck, and 50/50 drawing. Roaring River Park near Lebanon. Burgers and Pop provided by AMO. Please bring salads, chips or whatever to complete the BBQ. Join us as we begin the riding season! All individuals and groups welcome! For info Contact Monty 541-619-7815. This info came from a flyer I picked up. I am just passing it along.
This run appears to be closer to Lacomb and from the Interstate 5 Albany junction of Highway 20 east through Crabtree. The park is located out in the middle of nowhere so don't plan on staying in a nice warm, dry motel room anywhere nearby if you plan on staying over.
Not a well advertised run as I can't find it listed anywhere. Maybe a First Time Event?

As far as I know, it is just an afternoon event. No fees, no camping. It is put on by an organization that advertises itself as family oriented, family freindly. It is not a first time event. They hold it every year. I do not know if AMCHD is having a sale or even knows about this. As far as a ride, there are a few of us gathering at Pops Restuarant at 901 Pacific blvd. in Albany at 11am to ride out together.
I rode over and had a good time. Met a lot of nice folks and had a burger and some nice hot coffee. Weather cooperated although a bit on the chilly side.
