Transmission main shaft nut tool
Hey if anyone owns one of these sockets can you tell me how long it is and how big around is the main shaft?
I am making a tool for my roadking and dont really know the dimentions.

06 and earlier excluding the 06 Dyna use Mainshaft Locknut Wrench (HD-94660-37B) which is 1-7/8"
07 and later and the 06 Dyna use Mainshaft Locknut Wrench (HD-47910) which is 2-1/4"
Support spacers have been made out of kitchen cutting boards

I have a 1 7/8 short socket and a old 4 wheel drive deep socket that i can weld to thr short socket. I am going to cut out the 3/4 drive square in the short socket and install a bronze bushing there to support the tool.....what is the diameter of the shaft sticking out of the transmission once you get the ineer primary off???..
So far its a 7 inch tool ... is that right?
