Yesterday was another gorgeous day. I got in few more miles (225). I have Friday, Veteran's Day, off and it looks like more ride worthy weather!

Had Veteran's Day off, so I headed south. Made my way down to East Peoria, then back up through Pontiac, and hit a bit of Route 66.

It was 29° when I woke up, so I delayed my ride until it hit 40. I left home at 1000 hours, and headed for lunch, in Lancaster Wisconsin....3 hours away. It got up to 53° sometime between 1400 and 1500 hours, but it didn't hang around long. It was a good ride though, only saw two deer, and they were no where close to the road.Lancaster A&W.....this one serves breakfast too, the only one I've seen do that.

So it hit 71° today, and I stayed at work as long as I could....1pm. About an hour into my ride I met up with a buddy and we rode until sunset......at 4:30pm. Lots of others out too....crazy November weather.A tank top, in November, in Northern Illinois!!

It was sunny and 29° at 1130 this morning, so off I went. I got in 107.5 miles and surpassed 28,000 miles for the season. I'll be putting the bike into storage soon, but I'm trying to wait until my birthday, December 3rd, before I do it.

Today's ride was only 30 miles, and it was to the dealership, for winter storage. I did stop for lunch on the way there. It was 34° and cloudy today. One last ride.
It's supposed to snow tomorrow, 2-4 inches, or so they say.
I ended the season with 28,322 miles.
