Wind therapy.
Did a bit of yard work today, decided to reward myself with a ride to dinner. I was solo as the wife was out the ladies.
Cane's did the trick.
A few bonus miles, after dinner, was in order.
Cane's is about 20 miles from my house.
9am, 72 degrees, with a clear blue sky.
Ready for a full ride day.....its been a while since I've done one of those.
3 hours in, break time.
Surprise.
I wandered up into the driftless area of Wisconsin.
I had to go 150 miles to find a road I hadn't been on.
3pm....another break.
Changed it up a bit.
This was along the Wisconsin River, on Hwy 60.
6pm...when in Rome.
Fueling up, back in Illinois, putting on my (Dad's) jacket, and switching to my clear glasses.
Pit stop.
12 hours of glorious bliss.

Today I needed just a bit of wind therapy.
When your daughters call you, from school, and say "You're going to mad".....the frustration is instant.
Turns out they just needed a new battery in their car, but walking them through the process was a bit taxing....lol.
Needed to run to Rockfalls and grab oil and a filter for the Limited.
Took a detour home.....of course.
You can't tell, but it was a pretty windy day. 82 and low humidity was a plus.
I could have rode for hours and hours.
I had a retirement party to go to, so this had to do.
