54F in Dallas tonight and 80 tomorrow. Perfect. Work can wait. It was a looong hot summer. Backroads to Blue Ridge tomorrow morning, Texas best chicken-fried steak at Cattleman's and home when I feel like. I need this ride.

Had a meeting along the Rock River yesterday evening, so I stopped and checked on the fall color progress.






Tomorrow looks to have the potential to be a skip day.

Wednesday was a skip day, well, technically it was a vacation day. A buddy and I rode up to his family's cabin, north of the Wisconsin Dells.












The weather has taken a turn for the worst, since Wednesday. No Friday Rideday today. 😥

Awesome day today. Rode through Galena, over to Dubuque, down to Clinton and then headed on home....in a round about way.
