Rode to Rockfalls, to Workman HD (45 miles away), to get oil and filters for both bikes. I took the long way home, via Galena. Nice ride, awesome weather, almost felt cool at times.

Yeppers. I guess I'm not quite ready to retire. It sounds good, in theory, but I don't hate what I do, so I'll just keep on doing it, for awhile longer. 25 years was the original plan, so maybe 2 more. I'm guessing politics will play a part in my decision making.
