We are home now and settled in back in the frigid temperatures here, but alas Christmas is just around the corner. Family coming home and thus the main reason we are back here instead of basking in the warmth.
Actually warmed up here today to a balmy 6C and got rid of a pile of snow.
We are happy to be here but looking forward in the new year getting back down south to enjoy our retirement plans.
More posts to come as we have already planned a few motorcycle excursions when spring finally arrives. And yes the 115th in Milwaukee is on our list with rooms booked already.

Another 3 weeks and we will be heading south again out of this snowy weather we are getting today.

Oh so very pretty but bitterly cold. -12C today with a brutal wind chill!
Hopefully today is the last day of the brutal arctic blast we have been receiving for the last couple of weeks. This coming week suppose to get up to 8C (46F) and rain and wash some of this white stuff away.
The 402, a major highway connecting Sarnia to London Ontario has been closed since Friday due to lake effect snow, blowing snow, white out conditions and numerous accidents. It has just today recently re-opened.
Luckily we didn’t need to travel anywhere, so finally today Suzie and I took a venture out in the truck to see some sights.
Our next adventure will take us back to the sunny warmth of Central America in about 10 days.
Of course we will be posting periodically from there, and sit in the sunshine and plan the motorcycle journeys for 2018.
