Default Any suggestions in Southern Arizona?
Hello all,
Live in south eastern part of Arizona. Anyone know of any nice scienic routes to take the wife on? Want to travel around this area, not ready to go up to the Grand Canyon on the bike yet.
Thanks for the suggestion if any.

US 191 (The old Route 666) from Clifton to Springerville is absolutely the best motorcycle road in the state. Plenty of twisties and definitely not for beginners!

Judgeing by the OPs handle and the statements made in the post, I'm just guessing they are not looking for a rode with "Plenty of twisties and definitely not for beginners!"

But I could be wrong.

Perhaps...but you can’t be a beginner forever and someday when you grown up, you might wanna try it!

Default AMA Ride Guide
Pick up the AMA Ride Guide to America, on Amazon - comes in 2 volumes. I'm missing volume 1, but volume 2 shows a nice ride around the Sedona area. They show good rides across the US, so you can explore further afield in the future.

Very true.

But let's allow a new rider (and wife) to get that experience and enjoyment before putting them on a road that might have them walking home.

I rode 191 a few weeks ago from Alpine south to Safford and it's a great ride, but
perhaps a bit much for a new(ish) rider.
