My dealer is doing a buy-back on my 2007 FXDB w/ 103ci motor that they damaged during service. I am upgrading to the FXDSE (CVO-Dyna SE) and wondering what the going price is.
The dealer has it for $25,600. I am working with them on paying my bike off, plus the $1,500 worth of accessories in the bike, which comes roughly to $18,400.
That would still leave a $7K margin that I am working with the dealer on reducing due to the issue(s) I experienced.
Any help on what the going price out there is would be helpful, I realize that the bikes are listed at MSRP but want to make sure there isn't any additional markup on it.
That is a fair price - i paid $26000 even for mine ($25k plus $1k ship & setup) - there is a red one sitting at Beartooth HD in Billings MT that they will sell for $24,995.
Low ball them. Seems as most dealers I've stopped at lately are selling out of the SE Touring models as quick as or before they come in but they all have the SE Dynas on the floor and some have the SE Springers too. One dealer even lamented that they and a few others in their area were having trouble moving the Dynas(they have two on the floor and a Springer too). Not sure why they aren't selling as I think they look great, but they seem to be soft sellers in the Southeast right now.
