Default How can I disable the TPMS

Does anyone know how I can disable the stock TPMS system other than taking it to the dealer?

I had a battery die in my front one and the dealer said there was no way to turn it off. It was a dealer that told me that so take it for what it's worth.

Not under warranty?

I guess when you get a new tire that will be the best time for a new sensor.

I am interested to hear what others say about this.

I replaced my front wheel with a 23" Wheel and the wheel is not physically able to fit the Sensor. So I need to shut it off.

Psoff are talking about the Tire Pressure Monitoring System ? ?
I the Dealership has to shut off TPMS.

Or the EITMS - Engine Idle Temperature Management System ? ?
The EITMS can be turned off by the Rider.
