Yes, but the process is wrong. I found a thread from another forum for a 2021 where they could not disable that one either. Someone chimed in with a slightly different way of doing it, and it works for the 23 CVO.

I had persistent chirp on “old” 2022 CVO. Manual had instructions on how to stop that (it is a security system feature), but procedure didn’t work for me. Had to take it to dealer to have something fixed or replaced.
