Another update fully tested by Harley software engineers. Just like the IFCU was fully tested by the software engineers before it was put on the bikes for sale to the customers.

Still has lots of issues not addressed.
I would be angry and upset to experience these kinds of issues! Unexpected mechanical problems is one thing, stuff that should have been fixed in beta testing is another!

congrats on your first Harley and welcome being a new Forum member !
At least they don't have over the airway (OTA) updates like some of the Ford Vehicles and others. What a pain. It is like driving a computer with a modem and connection to wireless (AT&T) down the road hoping some update does not crap up the vehicles functions.
Thats funny. I'm on my 10th cvo over the years and this is one of the worst launches I remember.
yeah, we've had a dozen new Harleys approaching two decades now..have seen some head scratchers in regards to boasting about extensive testing only to have WTF moments afterwards .. HD will never be Toyota and thank God they don't make airplanes .. mostly the exception not the rule though, because wife and I have ~275,000 miles of enjoyment logged on these things

I'm not angry at all, 200 miles yesterday and this is the best HD I have owned period, nothing like it. I have been dealing with update FU since Rushmore GT, fix one thing and break another thing. It was sorted out in the end. This bike is amazing yet all we talk about is color and issues. Nothing new here with HD, premature release is not new. Lets talk about the innovations that clearly separates these bikes from all the prior releases 22 down.
My new CVO is in the shop.
206 miles, GPS is not working, they go out to bring into shop and it wont start.
updated the ecm and the two bcm and that resolved the start issue, however GPS is still inoperable.
Tech has call into tech services, I'm sure the guys that designed it will have an idea.
