replacement windshields for SERG
I recently purchased a Slipstreamer 12" windshield for MY 09 SERG.
Do you SERG owners use your original hardware ( screws, nylon washers, well-nuts ) for mounting aftermarket winshields ?
It seems my windshield needs to be stretched on each side to get holes lined up w/out much sidward's stress on mounting points .
Should I use a standard FLTR's gasket for the Slipstreamer windshield or any other after market windshield?
Is the standard FLTR's windshield mounting hardware any different from the SERG?

I have three windshiels for my SERG. At first I had problems as I was over torqueing
the screws. Now I can exchange windshields in just a couple minutes. You can use the
wellnuts over and over. Just do not over tighten as I started out doing. If you overtighten you will pull the wellnuts right through the fairing. Just push the screws in fairly hard and turn the screw in until you feel them start to tighten up. Once you feel them catch you are about done...I use my original hardware that came with the bike on each different windshield.
