Among the CVO owners group the Zippers 575 is the favorite for the 103
Would the Zippers 575 be the cams I need for my 07' SERK? I just installed the sert, V&H slip-ons, and K&N filter. I would love to do cams to as I understand it really adds hp/torque. But, I have no clue as to where to look for cams for my 07'. Thanks for any advice.
I just took my '07 Street Glide from the Harley stage 2 and made changes as below.....runs good
I took my 50 state street legal Street Glide with103 kit and made some changes -
----Stock Heads----
Bike was - [ul][*]103 ci[*]catalytic mufflers (by SE)[*]SE 255 cam[/ul]Now changed to [ul][*]Dave Mackie TC 510L[*]Rinehart True Duals[*]Power Commander[/ul]Hopefully the dyno run will be visible below. If not --it went from 75 to 92 HP
and Tq went form 94 -to 104.
My next step will likely be head work and a more aggressive cam, but for now I'm happy with these bolt on changes.
Put Zippers 575's in my 06 SEFB with a SERT.What an improvement,97hp and 110torque.Torque is over 100 at 3000 rpm and holds 100 till 5000 rpms, max 110 at 3700 to 4000.Just love them this is with SE slip-ons no other mods, will be putting V&H 2-1propipes on soon.
I went with a Zippers 113 muscle kit inlieu of just the cams. Now I have a 126 hp and 132 Tq monster motor to fly around on. Zippers did all of the work and upgraded the motor with the timken bearing and blueprinted the crankshaft. I had the Thundermax with autotune installed at the same time. With 2800 miles on it, the bike continues to amaze me in how smooth it rides and with how much power it has in all rpm ranges.
