Harley Davidson's "Screaming Eagle Race Tuner" is applicable to all Harley engines, not just the 110 cid. Call your Harley dealer and they can order you one (likely have one in stock). The P/N is 32107-01E. Make sure you get a "new" one, never before installed (as they will work with ONLY the original VIN programmed into the unit). Also make sure you get one designed for the newer oxgen sensors.They retail for $459.95 but manydealers will discount them.
My area HD dealer offered to install SERT and Dyno Tune the engine (before & after charted results)for a flat rate 2 hours labor ($60/ hr), with 10% off SERT and the exhaust system (V&H Big Radius 2 into 1). That labor cost included installing the exhaust system as well (pretty cheap labor I thought?). You should be able to get similar pricing this time of year.
