Test rode one. It has a few problems the handle bars are real uncomfortable, to narrow and bent on the wrong angle. The vent in the windshield is a joke causes more problems than it trying to cure.
The green color was nice and that was about it

So it's like every other factory bike, the bars suck...
I opted for the anniversary road king in 2013. The audio system and the ability to ride without a windscreen was the seller for me. If course the usual mods have been done with pipes air and chip. Vance Hines true duals and power rounds really ad a thump to the exhaust note. Highly recommended.
If I had it to do over...I would opt for the CVO Road King instead of my Streetglide. Same reason...ability to remove the windshield. I get tired of the batwing. It's nice when on the superslab, raining or cold out. But, the flip side is you can't remove it on those hot days. I also have a love/hate relationship with the way it looks. Sometimes I think it looks really cool and other times I think it looks akin to rice. Anyway, it's my third batwing bike and my last. Road King gives you the touring frame in a traditional motorcycle package. The CVO is the creme de la creme. I prefer the 14 over the 13 but both years are awesome!
