Having only one key for my 75 FXE I had called all the locksmiths in the area, Harley dealers, scoured the web and eBay for a while with no success.
Putzing around recently on eBay I found a fellow that claimed to be able to reproduce practically any old Harley key. After sending a picture of my key he confirmed that he could make a new set of keys for $29 including shipping, which seemed fair to me as a replacement aftermarket lock and key set of any quality would cost the same.

I took a picture of my original key with my phone so the fellow could see exactly what I had, and eBay's file attachment app either didn't like the pixel density or the file size or both. I had to display the original picture on my PC, then use a screen cut/paste app to take a snapshot of the original picture. Once I saved the smaller and less dense duplicate of the original picture eBay was happy with it as an attachment.
