If it was actually made in late 1970, 2C1xxxxH1. If it was made later in the model year, it will be a 2C2 or 2C3. For example, 2C3347xH1 was a 6/71 build. 2C2607xH1 was a 3/71 build, 2C232xxH1 was a 1/71 build, 2C1093xH was a 7/70 build.

According to your information my bike was built around March of 71.
