very nice...so the front fuel balance hose goes in front of the frame? my 82 flh has it behind the frame. yeah the 8 track is a bonus!! lucky owner !!.....1971 i was in shorts in the third grade at school ...LOL thanks for posting
I'm pretty sure they crossed over the rocker covers... But I guess it would be owner preference. I highly doubt it's the original....
Nice machine. Thanks for posting photos. Harley brochure for 71 shows the petrol hose in front of the frame and no AMF sticker on the gas tank.
Im curious if there was a boss for the frame VIN or was the VIN stamped further forward at the very front of the neck? Please note Im not being critical as Ive seen several 71s done like that although I do not know the reason. Eric
