FLH wiring problems
Folks always have a hard time with using the Correct Stuff there...and then they dream up all kinds of "fixes" for the Problems they Cause..
Just a heads-up.. Yer gonna hear all kinds of crazy Fixes, and methods... when in fact... the Stock Setup works Just Fine.. Where Stock depends Entirely, on the Correct Components...
The Most Likely in Fact!!!
If this is the case, am I looking on Ebay for one? My nearest dealer doesn't seem at all interested in looking for parts for my bike.

Racepress, I will get better photos of the intake this weekend. I need to remove those big *** black zip ties that they had holding the fuel line. They would need to come off to remove the manifold anyway, and then I can get a better pic from the other side.
I will keep you all updated. Thank you so much for taking time to help me figure this out!
Continuity testing is important. To check the quality of the connection, the voltage drop test gives more information. Just connect a battery and voltmeter in line with the circuit you are checking.
You guys are good. This was obviously the short.
Have power to the switches now but #1 and #2 on the termnal block are dead, no power at all. All the other blocks are hot.
The 4 way flasher is getting hot so I unplugged it, looks like I need that.
The directional flasher with the green wire has 12 v in but looks like only about 6v out. This doesn't seem right.
The front brake light switch was a crumbling mess, but I have power to it. Is this part of the switch or part of the mc?
I am making progress, just slowly. Started cleaning up some of the wires to the turn signals and passing lights, I can plug the wires to the turn signals into another block and get lights, so the wiring to them seems to be in tact.
I need another drink, this gets stressful. At least I will know a bit about the wiring on the thing when I am done.
Here is a better pic of the intake
I can't tell you guys how much I appreciate the help. This is an awesome group, glad I found it.

Someone Did Not know what they were doing, with that Intake
I would remove that at this Point. Heaven Knows what is under there... Betting a Rubberband Setup, but????
Those clamps are for O-ring
Humor me and see what is Under there... you are going to need to anyway..
