I only put 15,000 miles on it before life/kids got in the way. Four years ago, I had the bike cleaned up, chromed up, new card, etc. I put a few hundred miles on it and the trans started leaking. I bought a new bike (Victory Kingpin) and have put a pile of miles on it. I still need to get the FLT up on the lift to see what is going on with the trans.
I am looking to get a new HD and can't decide between a Road King, RG Custom or an Electra Glide.....
well, you can always just let me have it. I just finished putting mine almost back together... Just waiting on a clutch hub. I'll take really good car fo her.
The trans main seal replacement isn't rocket science. I can be replaced easily while on the bike. Take your time and be sure to replace the spacer with a new one.
