Your inner clutch hub is shot.. The hub spaces on the outer washer that you removed.. It should be fixed to the inner clutch hub. What you have is an older steel inner hub, the new ones are aluminum with 3 screws hold a steel washer in place.. See pic. I recently blew out the rear splines on my bobber's 3 inch open primary.. BDL stuff really needs a rebuild about every 15 to 20,000 miles..
Don't know whats going on the the front. Splines should be below the pulley. Pulley looks loose on the shaft. I would suggest a new inner hub and front pulley if loose then setup the belt alignment per instructions.. Red LT on the clutch hub splines on final assembly.

Thanks for the advise, much appreciated. I actually worked a deal with 98hotrodfatboy and bought his complete setup so i'll be replacing everything with the new style.
On a side note.....im pretty sure I know what caused this to happen or at least contributed to it. First of course is no red locktight on the hub and spline. I think it was Dan at BDL I talked to and he was sure this would be the cause of at least some of my problem. Also I pulled my inner primary and the bearing is bad so im having a new one installed today. I figure this bearing probably caused the initial vibration and over time messed up the inner hub. If the hub had been installed correctly to begin with maybe none of this would be happening but oh well I didnt install it.
If you look at the hub on the right you'll see my problem.. Blow out all the splines.. Even with red LT it only lasted about 20000 miles.. For sure the inner primary bearing is a service item also..
