Any of you guys have experience with a quality shop? Or know of one.
I haven't really looked around my area yet, just wanna see what's out there.
I plan recovering my seat with a light tan colored leather (sort of like a baseball glove color). And then having some diamond stitching put on it.
Most of the seat guys offer that service, just have to ship and allow that down time. I'm sure in the NJ area has to someone into it do it without having to send it off.
I go to a lot of bike rallies and often see at least one guy in vendor row doing seat covers, seat gel inserts etc. Usually done within 2 hrs. I'd try that this summer.
He did my seat and it is great work. His forum name is Badx.
I believe he's a forum sponsor. He does great work and has great reviews on here also.
Thanks for those links brah. Gonna check him out. Did he rework your stock seat or an aftermarket seat ?

That's very true. I don't go to many of those rallies but if I do I'll keep an eye out. Great suggestion.
When I ran the stock road glide seat, I found a vendor that sells just seat covers that you can install yourself and save a little coin in the process. Perhaps they make other model's seats too.
