added the slash down rush slip ons with 2in baffles. sounds deep and loud. i am not sure if too loud yet but so far i like them. i also added screamin eagle muffler shields as they are a bit longer than stock and they look better IMO.
stopped by the railroad tracks earlier today and decided to take some shots.
Absolutely beautiful! I don't often comment on these threads. That bike has me goin.
I'd say about 35mpg also. My fuel light comes on right around 140 miles, usually has a gallon left though yesterday it told me I had 25 miles left but it took 3.8 gallons. I'm always confused with it, my range when full changes from 175 to 135 so I really don't have a clue.
Sorry if that's not very helpful. I try to fill up after about 120 miles or so because I don't trust my range or the fuel gauges (got the one on the speedo/tacho as well).
My Fatboy S is going to the Dealer again tomorrow, the second time the light on the left side of the dash isn't working (can't see the L signal or the high beam blue light). There's something about my Harleys and electrics!!!
Anyway I will again bring up my hard cold start problems. Last time they said my battery was just fine. I will also discuss the rims issue.
I get my Slim S on Wednesday, around noon. They are delivering it, because the weather has turned cold with flurries. I ordered the brown swing arm bag, and the nostalgic grips in black. Want to live with it for a bit, before changing anything else. I want to keep this bike as stock as possible. I am very excited, like a little kid at Christmas!
In the not so distant future, I think it will be Leather Pro quick release bags, and quick release windshield for longer trips.

You must REALLY be excited! It's been a long wait. Congratulations 40 hours early.
I'll be curious to see if you can stick with the "keeping it stock" idea. It takes discipline (or so I've heard.)
