From what I just read on HD site is about 3 Foot Lbs of Torque in favor of Slim.
But HD site they both have the 103 motor.
Per '16 models specs comparison.

Looks like 11.6 in favor of 110 motor. Sounds like a noticeable difference.

The parts list shows 25400002/25400003 cams in the Breakout. These are the same as the 2014 and 2015 touring models. Because they are "stick" HD part numbers, there isn't much information about the grind. The Breakout's peak torque is at 3000 RPM.
SE255 cams are in the SE110 in the new Slim S, and peak torque is at 3500 RPM. This motor has other SE parts too.
It's possible that the HO103 produces power better at higher revs (not necessarily more overall, but a longer curve), but HD doesn't publish the HP numbers that I know of, only torque.
