Looks like I was wrong, the weather channel says to expect a high for today of 72, chance of scattered showers. LOL! I already took her out for a quick Christmas Eve spin!
I see in your profile that you are a drummer. I'm a bass player myself and always looking for a solid jam. Maybe when the weather breaks we could meet in the middle between NJ and Savannah for a Slim S session!
I suppose neither of us could haul our gear, but there may be a rental studio somewhere.

Rental studio sounds good, maybe find a guitar player in the forum and set up a little jam session for sure. I could fit a few pairs of sticks in a swingarm bag, lol! Definitely something to look into when the weather breaks.
A while back I started learning how to record myself using some of the new technology available, I picked up a Focusrite 18i20 usb audio interface and some drum mics, plugged in some drumless tracks and was having a blast. Here is a link to one of the last songs I recorded, I learned a lot during these recording sessions but I always prefer a live jam. I don't read, play only by ear but hey a beat is a beat!

Cool tune. The recording quality is very good too. Your cymbals are right in the mix without clipping or getting muddy.
Thanks, I'm actually more comfortable on the drums now that I've lost 150lbs. I plan to redo the songs I recorded once my schedule allows me some free time.
