Good chance they won't fit a late model softy though, or otherwise HD woulda put them on the Slim to better complete that vintage look they were goin for. But definitely worth lookin into.
No good reason they won't fit, but they do not have O2 sensors. And also.... The Stock exhaust you see in the above pictures is a dual exhaust with a crossover, not a 2in1.
If I get motivated this weekend I can do a stare and compare. I got both bikes sitting in the shed, and an exhaust hanging on the wall.
Told you he was your huckleberry Splattt. Ace I think the cylinders are taller so the exhaust will not be wide enough. That's the measurement I'd check first.
A little more progress today. Rear wheel/tire cleaned up (lots of tar spots), wheel and rear brake installed, front floorboard mounts/master cylinder installed.
Better way to clean whitewalls, too. Out of SOS pads, used a Magic Eraser with a little soap and water. Excellent! They won't work dry on the WWW.
Backend pretty much done today. Hope to be done in 2-3 weeks. Looking almost new! Front end disassembly/cleaning is the only big ticket item left but lots of smaller stuff.
