As an aside 74, when you install the new bolts take a sharpie or paint stick and strike a line over the bolt head to the pulley. That's a quick and easy way to see if they have backed out during your pre-ride check. If the lines no longer meet, you know to check them.

We tightened them down last night before he left and I was looking at his rear tire. He needs a new one. He has an appointment tomorrow to get that knocked out and will have them put new bolts in while they have the rim off. He is going to have them do the 20k service in the next week and go through the bike to see what is wrong.
He has more money than time, so he has no problem paying someone else to do the work. He is also tired of working on things. I told him to find out what he wants/needs done and get the parts and I will do the work for a discounted price. time will tell if he takes me up on it though.
