I just installed a Badlands R/B/T module in my 94 FXSTC. It has built in Load Equalisers.

that is only for bikes preceding the BCM module (TSM) - it does not work with BCM bikes. CAN bikes with the BCM will always flash normal rate with led bulbs, but the dash indicators will always blink 2x as fast.

Not sure that's the case (at least not anymore)

On my 14 Lo, I swapped to LED turns front and rear (actually every light on the bike went LED). Tried all the various methods to get the dash indicators blinking at normal speed. One method eventually "took". After that, I made another change and got the fast dash indicators again. Never could find the method I had used before and they blinked fast until the day I traded her in.

Now, I'm on a 16 Fatboy S. Took every LED off my 14 and moved it to the 16, fully prepared to just ignore the fast dash flashers - and did just that until the other day when I finally got around to wiring in the Alloy Art fork mounted turn signals. I spent a good while with the hazards flashng while I soldered and heat
-shrinked the wiring. The dash was still blinking fast after the initial tie-in, but I notIced later in the day that I'm now blinking in sync with the actual signals, again. Only thing one can attribute it to is the LONG period of time with the hazards going - probably 15+ minutes...

Again, this bike has NO incandescents left - Alloy Art LEDs front, Custom Dyanamic LED Turns rear, CD integrated LED brake and JW Speaker Evo II Headlamp - yet my dash indicators flash normally. I ain't complaining...
