Ok the forks are rebuilt, I put them back on and tighten the pinch bolts an extra 8 lb more :-) ..
Two questions
1) When I hold the fork with my hand as in the picture, I can rotate it clockwise counter clOck wise.. I noticed this was the case when I first took off my tire and before I loosened up my pinch bolts too, why is that?
2) how do the 2 spacers line up, long one on the caliper side (left) inside of the fork and the short one on the non caliper side inside of the fork. I could not find the diagram for this in the manual which came in the mail today if somebody has one they can put up I would appreciate it or advise me on how to
No idea.... I usually put the parts aside in order on a pc of cardboard or something on the floor if they're going to be apart for any length of time so I remember how they go back together. The manual also comes in handy.
