oh chit
On the road again. Today I used a marinade injector to bleed my rear brake. I bought an injector for about five dollars and threw away the needle. I used about twelve inches of 1/4" ID clear tubing I bought from Lowes for sixteen cent a foot. I heated the tube with a heat so it would slide on the larger diameter bleeder and used a small wire tie to hold the tubing on the bleeder so it wouldn't pull off. Then I removed the master cylinder cover and top it off with fluid. Next I drew the fluid into the injector from the master cylinder, added more fluid in the MC, attached the other end of tube to the injector, broke open the bleeder and pushed the fluid though the bleeder and caliper back into the MC making sure to hold the injector upright pointing down so I could stop before pushing any air. Lastly I tightened the bleeder, cut the wire tie and removed the tube. Now my rear brakes are better than ever.
